This Week at Bubble New York
March 13th, 2008by Spencer
We spent a couple of days at the Bubble New York trade show in Chelsea this week where some of the coolest and most creative in children’s clothing, toys and accessories from around the globe were on exhibit.
Lots of beautiful stuff. Our children will have some great fashion options in stores in the coming months. The challenging part for parents and gift-buyers will be deciding.
Many designers offered organic and/or sustainability angles to their lines.
Here are a couple of highlights from the show from T design and accessories.
Visually rich, Grégoire Ganter’s alphabet portraits match fun and learning in Lea’s Alphabet. He uses photos from his travels to then teach/express the alphabet in a colorful and intriguing set of portraits and collages.

These characters, created in France, are a lot of fun. Each stuffed character has its own story and background.
Cool looking Ts. With sustainability, organic design and some web 2.0 as well. Quite a dynamic concept.
The Ts are designed by children from around the world who submit their work online. Part of the line has already gone organic. And the children receive a portion of the sales.

Both the Bunny & Bee collection for girls and Little Thieves collection for boys have fun and bright designs for our kids. Created by a San Francisco parent team focusing on creating fun & cool graphic designs for kids.
